Privacy StatementYour privacy is a top priority at the Sangre de Cristo Arts Center. Please read below to learn more about how important your information is to us, and how we handle your personal information. How your personal information is handledAny information gathered from this website, email, or by any other means is used only for official purposes by the Sangre de Cristo Arts Center. Your information is used to allow accurate and efficient service. We will not share any information we aquire with third parties or sell any email addresses to third parties. Your information is kept in a safe enviornment. 1. Your information is kept safe. 2. All personal information is password protected. 3. Email addresses are only used as a point of contact for class cancellations or updates. 4. Never give out your username or password used on this site. RegistrationIn order to use our services and purchase classes, a user must first complete the registration form during checkout. During this process, a user is required to give their contact info (name, address and email). This info is used to contact the user about the services requested and to send a receipt of payment. Demographic information collected is used for our internal market analysis purposes to better serve the user. Refund PolicyREFUND POLICY: NO REFUND WILL BE MADE AFTER THE FIRST CLASS SESSION. PLEASE GIVE TWO DAYS PRIOR NOTIFICATION. Registered students in classes cancelled due to less than minimum enrollment may transfer to another class or be reimbursed for the full tuition. Please allow four weeks for reimbursement. A $5 handling fee will be charged to individuals who cancel before the first class takes place. SORRY, NO REFUNDS ON ONE-DAY CLASSES. HOLIDAYS/CANCELLATIONS: Classes will not meet on major holidays, unless students are notified otherwise. Make-up classes are the responsibility of the instructor and the students. Classes with less than 3 students may be cancelled. Please, no walk in students. Students must pre-register for all classes at least ONE WEEK PRIOR TO CLASS START DATE. CLASS CONFIRMATION: To receive a class confirmation in the mail, you must include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Otherwise you will only be notified if we CANNOT register you. All online orders receive a receipt immediately following successfull credit card processing. |
